Vegetarian pizza recipe

Recipe of Home made pizza, Ingediants to note:

Pizza base:

3 cups of flour/ Maida

Olive oil for brushing

2 teaspoons of dry yeast

1/4th teaspoon of honey/sugar

½ tablespoon of salt

2 tablespoons of olive oil

Flour, cornmeal  or semolina for sprinkling

Home Made tomato sauce

5 tomatoes

3 garlic

2 tablespoons of dried/ fresh basil

2 tablespoons of olive oil

2 tablespoons of Red Wine

Black pepper and salt

-Sprinkle sugar in a warm water

Add yeast, stir it well and keep the mixture around 15 to 20 minutes at room temperatures.

Add one cup flour, salt, olive oil & the above mixture in a bowl.

Stir well and add another cup of flour bowl till the mixture become sticky

Add some olive oil into the dough

Cover it and keep it into a room temperature around 2 hours

Toppings

1 onion, tomato, capsicum, sliced

Fresh crushed/ ground black paper

9 pitted green and black olives, sliced

Grated mozzarella Cheez as required

Fresh/dried herbs

-Flatten the dough

Roll the dough on the dry floor surface

Place it on a dusted pan

Brush some olive oil on the pizza base

Spread the tomato sauce on the pizza & add some toppings into it

Spread the grated cheese

Bake the pizza in preheated oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees C.

Serve it with smile
