  4. At least sleep for 8 hours a day.
  5. Make time to practice Meditation, Yoga and Prayer.
  6. Spend some time with people over the age of 70 and under the age of 6.
  7. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants.
  8. Eat led food that is manufactured in plants.
  9. Don’t waste your precious energy on gossip.
  10. Eat your breakfast like a King, lunch like a Prince and dinner like a Pauper.
  11. Try to smile and laugh more.
  12. Life is too short to waste time on hating anyone. So, get rid of those ill feelings.
  13. You don’t have to win every argument and try to agree to disagree.
