The Danger of Cutting your Cuticles

Cuticles are the skin tissue that is attached to the nail plate. It prevents your skin from the entry from an any foreign material, microorganisms and infections. So cutting cuticles can open the doors of germs and any type of material from outside of the skin. We use our fingers for any type of work. Especially our cuticles help our nail, skin and prevent from dust particles.

But in todays life we are keen to get a manicure done frequently, which is affecting our nails. In Manicure we used to find a clean nails with shinning neat fingers and we love it. Why not? It is generally helps us from staying healthy. Cutting cuticle in manicure is a routine.

The fact is cutting the cuticle is purely a cosmetic and it does not benefit the nails. It’s actually harmful to the nails. When it is removed, your nail is left unprotected from the bacteria and fungus. Cuticles can never be cut or trimmed as it leads to infections and damage to the nail. An Instrument used for cutting the cuticles at the salon is never be sterilized properly. The Salon offers to cut the cuticles because the people generally like their shinning nails. It is in our habit to take manicure and we don’t even bothered that is it safe to the cuticle or not?
