Recipe Of Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Sweet Potatoes are not only tasty but healthy too. It helps in controlling the blood pressure and diabetes in the body. It can fulfill your all body needs everyday because of having vitamin C and all other important minerals.  To live a healthy life add this deliciously sweet and creamy Sweet Potatoes in your diet.

Ingredients used while making this recipe:

3-4 Medium sized sweet potatoes

3 tbsp of vegetable oil

½ tbsp of sea salt

½ tbsp of black pepper

¼ tbsp of paprika

¼ tbsp of garlic powder

Direction to apply

Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them one by one into the shaped pieces.

Take these sweet potato pieces in a large bowl and toss them with vegetable oil.

On a baking tray, arrange these potatoes in a single layer and sprinkle salt, paprika and pepper on it.

Preheat the oven at 425 degree F. And place this baking tray into it for 18 to 20 minutes. When it becomes puffed and light golden from the surface, then stop the baking process and serve it.
