Home Remedies to Improve an Eye Vision
Eyes are an important part of our body, who captures every movement of our life and add many colors. It is an organ of vision. They identify light and change it into electro-chemical impulses in neurons. If our eyes are unable to detect the light properly, then our eyesight is weak. Home remedies: 1.Almond and fennel seeds: Almond and fennel seeds are the key ingredients for eyes. They increase an eyesight because they contain an omega-3 fatty acid, vitamin E and antioxidant. •  Almond •  Fennel seeds or large fennel •  Crystallized sugar lumps Preparation: Take an equal amount of almond, large fennel and sugar lumps. Grind them into a fine  powder and keep the mixture in a clean glass jar or plastic container. Take a 10 gram of mixture, and eat daily along with warm milk before you sleep. 2. Bilberry: Bilberry is an effective herb for an eyesight. It  increases the night vision and strengthen the eye retina. It is high in chemicals called anthocyanoside which is a powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. You can eat about a half a cup daily to improve an eye sight. You can consult your doctor for how much quantity you have to take per day or per week according to your health. 3. Ginkgo Biloba: Ginkgo Biloba means maidenhair tree. It helps to improve the circulation and eye blood flow.  Ginkgo Biloba promotes the health of your eyesight and increase the memory and thinking power. Take 120 mg capsule daily in two divided doses as per the prescription. Ginkgo Biloba not be given to children, those peoples who suffer from diabetes also consult their doctor. 4. Palming and Sunning: The purpose of palming and sunning keep the eyes young and flexible. The sun is very beneficial for eyes if taken in moderation and in proper technique. Sunning means close your eyes, face the sun and swaying the head  left to right while breathing deeply. Palming promotes the relaxation. This method also helps to reactivate ciliary of eye muscles.
