Home remedies to heal cracked feet
The most common cause to crack heal is lack of moisturizer and use of harsh soap. If you have cracked heels then here are few natural home remedies that will help you to cure them. 1. A warm water soaks One of the most easiest home remedies for cracked heels is warm water soaks. You can also mix a little salt in warm water that will help to remove the hard, dry and dead skin. Use this process daily before going to bed. 2. Shea butter Shea butter is another one of the best home remedies for cracked heels. Take some amount of Shea butter, massage gently. Cover with clean socks and leave with it overnight. It will help to moisturize the cracked heels. 3. Olive oil Almost everyone has olive oil in the kitchen. Massage with olive oil will provide you a deep moisturizing effect. Take olive oil, massage deep into your  heels. Leave it for thirty minutes and an hour. Wash it off with lukewarm water. Repeat this process daily. 4. Rice flour Rice flour removes the dry skin and it is used as a part of homemade scrub. To make a scrub, mix a handful of ground rice, honey and apple cider vinegar. Stir it until it makes a thick paste. Soak your feet in warm water for 10-15 minutes. Gently scrub. Repeat this process twice a day for better relief 5. Lemon juice, honey and sesame oil Lemon juice contains a natural acid, which helps to dissolve the dead and hard skin. Honey is also a great moisturizer due to its antibacterial property. Also Sesame oil  is great nourishing and moisturizer properties that will help to smoother the driest feet. Make a mixture of lemon juice, honey, sesame oil. Soak your feet in it for fifteen minutes and scrub them lightly. Your feet will thank you. 6. Rosewater and Glycerin The combination of rosewater and glycerin will helps to fight against cracked heels because rosewater consists of vitamins A, D and E and glycerin helps to soften the skin. Mix equal amounts of quantity of both and rub it on your cracked heels gently. Apply this mixture daily before going to bed. 7. Drink plenty of water Dehydration is one reason of cracked heels. Always drink a plenty of water to hydrate you and make your skin smooth. Water also makes our immune system strong.
