The Heart is a symbol of love, that is considered to express affection, emotion and love.  However, if we talk about its exact working in our body, then it is totally opposite what we think. The heart is an important part of our body, it is a special muscular organ that continuously pumps oxygen and nutrient rich blood throughout our body. This blood circulates in every part of the body through the blood vessels called the circulatory system. The heart pumps five or six quarts of blood each minute, or about 2,000 gallons per day. Without heart, it is not possible to live a single second.

As we know that it is a very important part of our body, we have to take care of it in a proper way. Unfortunately, if you find any difficulty in its working, then you have to seek an immediate help from your professional health care. In today’s time, most people are suffering from a heart attack or the heart fatigue problem. It is the most common heart problem and occurs when the supply of blood suddenly stopped by a blood clot.

In the United States, heart attack is the number one killer or you can say the leading cause of death.  Every year, 735,000 Americans suffer from the heart attack disease. However, it is necessary to identify it before it will start.

Symptoms of Heart Attack:

Heart attack symptoms vary from one person to another according to their health condition.

Chest discomfort: Chest pain and discomfort is the most common sign of the heart attack. If You have blocked artery, then you feel chest pain, tightness, discomfort, burning sensation, feel pressure on your chest.

Fatigue: Exhaustion and shortness of breath are the two conditions when you feel your body needs a rest, but sometime it can be a sign of heart attack. If you often feel tired for no reason, it could be a sign that something is wrong.

Nausea & vomiting: There are many reasons of vomiting & nausea that have nothing to do with the heart. It could be anything like wrong food, so much eating, gas and so on. However, you need to aware that it can also happen related to heart attack.

Other pains: pain and tightness can also occur in other parts of the body. Most of the people relate a heart attack with pain in the left arm. That can happen, but pain can also appear in other parts of the body including:

Upper abdomen

Shoulder

Back

Throat

Teeth or jaw

Reasons of Heart Attack:

There are many reasons for heart attack which can lead the problem:

Coronary heart disease (CHD) is the major reason of the heart problem. In this condition the cholesterol (plaques) builds up inside of the coronary arteries (blood vessels). These arteries supply blood to your heart.

Smoking increases the risk of blood clots in your blood vessels. It can also damage the lining of your coronary arteries. If you smoke, then you can increase the risk of your heart disease by 24%.

Diet also plays the important role in your better health process. However, if you take an unhealthy diet, which is high in saturated fat, then your blood cholesterol level rise. It can increase your chances of CHD disease and heart attack.

If you have a poorly control on high blood pressure, then it can weaken the coronary arteries of the heart and making them more nearer to CHD disease.

More consumption of alcohol can cause of high blood pressure and cholesterol level, which can increase the risk of CHD. Mostly heavy drinker live an unhealthy lifestyle.

As you get older, the more likely you are to develop some degree of CHD.

Lack of exercise or physical work also effect on your health. You can easily reduce the risk of heart attack by doing some simple exercises.
