To keep skin healthy one must follow certain tips. Eating right on right time is not enough for glowing skin, but doing certain things which one is always used to neglect is important for a glowing and healthy skin.

1. Drink an extra glass of water each day

Water helps to remove extra toxins and impurities from our body. Minimum eight glasses are already recommended by a doctor every day, but one should drink extra to keep fit and to keep your skin more hydrated. One can add little flavor or smoothies to your glass of water. If one is unable to drink plan water.

2. The Cell phone must be Sanitize

Everybody now days are using cell phone, but one must not forget to sanitize your cell phone. It is essential for your skin as we frequently use that same cell phone without sanitizing it for long hours. All those germs which one always collects in the cell phone screen land right on your cheek and jawline every time you chat. It can cause irritation and black spots on your cheeks. To keep your phone bacteria or virus free, sanitize it regularly.

3. Use Sunscreen on a daily basis

For younger looking skin, one must use a good sunscreen on a daily basis. We all are prone to exposure to sun UVA and UVB rays which is affecting our skin and can cause cancer also. Sunscreen is the simplest way to reduce your skin age by using it on a daily basis.

4. Exfoliate Well

When it comes to daily routine, one exfoliation is important. Exposure to the sun and long working hours can affect your skin. To remove the dead cell and to brighten the skin, one should use good Exfoliator.  Skin needs extra care as it’s exposed to the outside environment. Exfoliate your skin to make healthy and glowing all day.

5. Cut Down with Fast Food

French Fries, Burgers, cheese on a daily basis can make your skin unhealthy.  A diet high in Fats and carbohydrates can cause wrinkles. Eat more healthy fruits and nuts when you feel hungry besides your meal. It is harder to lose than to gain. For glowing, hydrated and younger looking skin, one must eat right at the right time.
